Who is CETECommand for?

Trades and service businesses: plumbers, electricians, builders, cleaners, gardeners, installers, maintenance contractors and anyone who quotes, sends people to do the work and invoices for it. It suits a one-person business as well as a team of dozens.

What is the difference between CETEChat and CETECommand?

CETEChat is our private, encrypted chat, free for everyone. CETECommand is the business app: quotes, invoices, jobs, scheduling, timesheets and payroll, with that same chat built in. Same account, same people, one tap between the two.

Can one quote become several jobs?

Yes. A kitchen renovation can become one project with a job for each trade. You split the quote lines between them, and each trade job goes to your own people or a subcontractor. Subcontractors get a private work order link to accept the job, mark it done and add photos, with no account needed. Every quote line is billed once.

Can I keep my client private from subcontractors?

Yes. Mark the customer private and their name stays off every work order. Before a work order goes out, CETECommand checks the job, its checklist and shared files for anything that would give the client away. Subcontractors see the site, the on-site contact and the work.

Does it work without phone signal?

Yes. The crew's day, jobs and forms are kept on the phone. Clock on, tick off tasks, take photos and fill in forms with no signal, and it all sends when the phone is back online, with the real times it happened.

Which accounting and payroll software does it work with?

Xero, QuickBooks Online and MYOB for invoices, customers and payments. Xero Payroll and Employment Hero (KeyPay) for approved hours. You can keep working without them too.

How do card payments work? Do you take a cut?

You connect your own Stripe account and customers pay you directly from the invoice. We never touch the money and take no commission. Stripe charges its normal card fee.

Can my staff see prices and what I charge?

Only if you want them to. Field staff see their own jobs and visits, and prices are hidden from them by default. The office and admins see everything.

Does it sync with my calendar?

Yes, both ways, with Google Calendar and Outlook. Visits appear in each person's calendar, and their own busy times show on your schedule so you do not double-book. Apple Calendar gets a calendar link.

Where is our data kept?

On servers in Sydney, Australia, with daily backups kept for 14 days. The team chat is end-to-end encrypted, so only your people can read it.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. Your plan stops at the end of the period you paid for, and you move to the Free plan with your chat. Your quotes, invoices and jobs stay yours, and you can export them whenever you like.
